Balaji has 12 patents approved in the networking area in his previous stint with Cisco Systems. Lead inventor of the MFOT technology .                                                                                                                                                                                           

Janardhana did his Ph.D in Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, in microwave communications. He has been instrumental in developing RADAR solutions for the Indian Army .                                                                                                  

Lakshmi holds a PhD in Network Security from University of Cincinnati, USA.  She has about 10 years of work experience in various companies like Qualcomm Inc, Intel and Cisco. She has many International publications.

Deepika has a Masters in Computer Science from UC San Diego and has previously worked at Cisco Systems.
